Bronwyn uses a wide range of strategies in her workshops to teach self-care tools and protocols that can also be used with family and friends such as mediation, deep relaxation, flow, massage, mindfulness, tai chi, and laughter yoga.
Building on models of self-empowerment, positive psychology, healing, and post traumatic growth she moves people from a curiosity, stress or overwhelm to a place of peace and enlightenment.
Moving through stages of consciousness provides conditions for reflection, goal setting, raising vibration, bringing clarity and relaxation to take time to re calibrate the self and become grounded in a busy world.
Bronwyn has an inclusive and enabling facilitation style creating a psychologically safe space to explore personal discoveries, build confidence, motivate, and encourage us to speak our truth.

Bronwyn is also an established and accomplished Adult and Youth Mental Health and Suicide First Aid Instructor, delivering training on suicide prevention for children, young people, and adults, delivering on stress management, toxic stress reduction.
